[-] LO QUE NO ME GUSTO FUE QUE NOS HICIERON PAGAR UN EXTRA LLAMADO PREMIUM POR $35 DOLARES POR PERSONAS POR NOCHE, PERO A LA HORA DE RESERVAR UN RESTAURANTE NO HABIA ESPACIO EN NINGUNO, Y ESE EXTRA ERA CARO POR NOCHE Y POR ADULTO, PARA QUE LO OFRECEN SI NO SE PUEDE VISITAR OTROS RESTAURANTES POR ESPACIO, SE SUPONIA QUE ERA PARA MEJORES CORTES DE CARNES Y DEMAS, PERO SE PAGO Y NO SE DISFRUTO, ESO ME MOLESTO.

[+] The property is amazing everything about it and location. Staff are really nice ,genuinely. Food was and presentation was amazing. Even the Mimosa for breakfast.
Also you can got the Sister hotel in Centro Cabo and some of the restaurants around it if you are all inclusive.
[-] They don’t tell you when you are all inclusive. If you want the steak or lobster you have to pay extra. Or as in one of the restaurants all include guests have a set menu whereas “ members “ get a choice. Then we got hit with a sanitation fee $5 usd per night. They do not tell you that.

[+] The villa was very comfortable with its private community pool, and the walking of the property.
[-] They gave us a room we didn’t pay for, to be harrased daily by a time share sales person. They didn’t stalk liquor in the all-inclusive premium package room’s fridge. You had to call room service to order a mix drink or wine and pay a room service charge.
Wine was included but only by the glass through room service but not at all dining locations. So if you wanted a bottle of wine, you had to order 4 glasses.
The drinks were heavenly waterd down. The spa can be upgraded both working amenities and staff.
Under our package, you are assigned a butler to get you whatever you need. She didn’t find us until the 3rd day of our arrival.
Food was medicre at best, and the day before we checked out, I got food poisoning. Two days of double dragon!

[+] It was very beautiful and amazing! Everything was nearby and convenient. The views from our room were spectacular. The proximity of our room was the best because it was an end unit. We loved it!
[-] The jacuzzi was not working and the overflow part of the jacuzzi was very dangerous. It should have a grate over it to still allow water to go through but then would prevent people from tripping and falling because the tile was the same color and looked like it was flat when it wasn’t. My husband, my son, and I each fell in the drop off that is the overflow. My husband actually hurt and bruised his hip on the side of the jacuzzi. We reported it to the reception desk. My husband suggested that they put a grate to keep it safe for others. Other than that, we did love this resort and staff.

[-] Pésimo el servicio de la recepción, en especial del señor Eder.
Al llegar a la recepción no aparecía mi reserva que hice desde el mes de septiembre, nos hicieron esperar más de 2 horas para después decir que no había pagado la habitación y tuve que volver a pagar , por si esto fuera poco, me hicieron hacer un depósito de $5,000 por cualquier daño a la habitación así como $300 pesos más de impuestos del gobierno del estado y la habitación la tenían lista a las las 4;00 PM, no a las 3:00 como ahí mencionan.
Considero que debería de poner todas estas especificaciones y ser más cuidadosos en el trato para los mexicanos porque si hay un poco de discriminación en el lugar.
Por último agregar que se comprobó el cobro de la habitación con un estado de cuenta de mi banco y ni así accedieron a mi reembolso.
Pésima experiencia.

[-] That my brother and a friend got really sick after dinner at Mestizo del mar and spent the whole next day in the room with diarrhea and vomiting. maybe because it was a large group, but the service was not the best, and the steaks were not either. Just not a good experience there.
I was not able to adjust the temperature on the AC.
Bathroom door did not close.
Would like faster service on the drinks and food, this was in most places.

[+] The location and landscape were wonderful and inviting. The pools were clean and refreshing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food service staff, golf cart drivers, bellboys, etc. made us feel welcome and taken cared off. They were kind, attentive, and personable. The restaurant and food choices were superb.
[-] The master bedroom bath shower leaked to the floor where the toilet was. It was inconvenient to place my used towel on the floor to help absorb the water flooding the floor.
