[+] The building is very cool and honestly deceiving from the outside. Very nice shared patio at the top and it was pretty quiet once the street restaurants closed on the street behind.

[+] A lovely little place in Puerto Morelos. The rooms are a good size and nicely decorated. The shower was great – good pressure and hot water!
The staff were very kind and welcoming. We enjoyed the little terrace on the roof where you can bring some beers and watch the sun set behind the trees.
The location is great – on the same road as lots of lovely cafes and just one block away from the town centre.
[-] The only downside for us is there was loud live music coming from one of the bars behind the hotel which disturbed us all 4 nights we stayed. But of course there’s not much the hotel can do about this.
Also it’s worth mentioning not all rooms are affected by this, just the ones towards the back of the property. My mum stayed closer to the front and wasn’t disturbed by the music. Also the bands usually stopped around 11pm so not super late.

[+] We are really glad to have found this little hotel, it’s in a great location to walk wherever you need to go, short walk to the beach as well. It’s clean, staff are helpful and friendly, has a nice relaxing deck area which we quite enjoyed. Great value for the price over all!
[-] The only thing we didn’t enjoy, was that the beds themselves were on the uncomfortable side, too firm and could feel the bed springs slightly.

[+] Great location to beach and square. Hotel was clean, nice roof terrace and good bed. Flexible with baggage, we left bags in stora area after check out as we had a late flight

[+] Our room was large and spacious and had a lot of shelves to stick stuff on. We changed from a much smaller room, which was very cramped, and had a window that faced another window. The rooms are all different. AC and hot water were good. Beds hard-ish, but not rock hard, but they all are in Mexico. Rooms were clean. I think they had recently renovated some rooms. Our first small room had new tiling and sink in the bathroom. I saw several rooms and none were the same, some better than others. The location of this hotel is great, right in the heart of PM, close to the beach, close to many great restaurants, bars, tour booking places, bike rentals, collectivos etc, a few blocks away from the big grocery store. There are several good breakfast places on the same block, a laundry 2 doors down, and a business that makes fresh juices a couple of doors away.
[-] Wi-fi was useless, super slow dial-up like speed. My husband is a phone employee, and he tested the wi-fi at all the routers and they were all super slow. There is loud live music that plays in a restaurant on the next street behind the hotel every night, but the music is good, and we went over there and had a drink and food and enjoyed it. It does shut down by 11:00. Anywhere in this area will have loud music as this is where the restaurants are and they play music. Nothing the hotel can do about that. Ask for a room towards the front of the hotel if you don’t want the music.

[+] Arrived late at night. Upon arrival, attendant had our reservation but the rate was higher than we originally booked. I showed him my email with the price and he agreed to charge us what we had agreed on originally.
