[+] The hotel is beautiful, really. Green and wood everywhere and so many small corners. So much thought went into it.
Good breakfast, great drinks loved also the complimentary coffee-to-room service each morning. The staff is also really nice and attentive. Dario, Isabel and Klara were exceptional!
Location wise you have a lot going on nearby and the music at the beach has the right amount of chillout level.
[-] It’s 3 minor things:
– their stain towel and sheet policy drive us to the edge of paranoia. They explained that apparently they have guests who leave a lot of bodily fluids and that it is in place for this but it still felt almost uncomfortable to use the room we paid for.
– the staff were sometimes a tad too pushy with ‘drink alcohol / consume more’. I once had no credit in my room anymore and they wanted to escort me to my room which made me feel like I was a thief. No big bill, I had paid all bills all days prior and I left all my things at the beach and said I d just get my cc..they treated me like I was going to run away midst of stay. It’s small but it’s not a good way to treat guests.
– last: it’s noisy – due to the way it’s built you hear every footstep. So if you search tranquility or have a light sleep, it’s not the place.

[+] I liked the style of the hotel, the furniture, the atmospehere and the vibes. The beach was amazing and my favorite is the nest! Its so cooool! Food is delicious too!
[-] I really hated the loud music almost every day! It was terrible, we couldnt sleep very well. Im not joking but end of the week, our beds were shaking- because of the music, that was the point when we thought about, maybe would be the best decision tho change hotel, but luckily from the next day we realised, the music is not so loud .
Other problem was the loud people next to us in the other room. During 2-4am through 2 days it was impossible to sleep because of them.

[+] Hotel has a direct access to the beach and because there is so much nature you do not feel like at the resort.
The staff at the hotel is super nice and helpfully. They go above and beyond to help with anything.
Restaurants have very good food.
The restaurant with the nests has a spectacular views.
[-] As with many other hotels in zona hotelara, if you are looking for quiet and zen, that is probably not the best choice. The DJ starts playing at 1pm and the music keeps blasting until later evening hours.
The room we had, with ocean view, has had a bit of a humid stench but it is hard to expect anything else in the middle of a jungle where AC is not generally controlled.
If you do not care about that, everything else is perfectly fine.

[+] This was an amazing hotel in an amazing location surrounded by multiple other locations that were worth visiting while we stayed in Tulum. The rooms we stayed in were very clean and very well presented. The beach access was great and on-site restaurants were amazing in particular the nests. We also enjoyed a couples massage which again was great.
A special mention for the friendly staff, in particular Dario who helped us with everything we needed.

[+] The setting is amazing – the treehouse is so cool and the beach club was so fun and beautiful with such a fun vibe. The room was beautiful with fantastic maid service. They upgraded us to an ocean view for our honeymoon and left us complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberries which was such a nice touch. The staff are exceptional here- by far superior to anywhere else we stayed during our two weeks in Mexico. Attentive and welcoming reception team and fantastic staff in the beach club – shout out to Enrique & Ricardo who were fantastic and made our stay extra special. It wasn’t in our original travel plans to stay here and we booked a week before – I’m so glad we did as it was the highlight of our trip.

[+] Amazing facility with amazing crew! The room was very chic, beach area was fantastic and all of the crew from reception to service was very friendly.
[-] We just could not use the terrace of our room because smell from the kitchen was too strong. But it was not a big deal since we are on the beach all day long

[+] Me gustó mucho la temática del hotel y los cuartos, el restaurante con nidos en la parte de arriba, la atención del personal, él como te tratan cuando te reciben, y también mientras estás ahí
[-] Lo único que no me gustó fue que las almohadas están muy altas muy grandes a mi gusto, debería de haber de dos tipos, unas grandes y otras más pequeñas para la comodidad de las personas, también que al quedarme en el cuarto me dejaron una jarra con agua y unos vasos, estuve cuatro días, de los cuales sólo decidí tomar un día agua y el vaso apestaba, como si no lo hubieran lavado bien
