[+] Excellent almost new resort close to Cancun at a bargain price. My wife became ill during our stay and the reception staff quickly organised a taxi to take us to an english speaking doctor.

[+] The welcome was very friendly and personal – perhaps a little too extensive for us staying only one night but perfect for people staying longer. Nice, large and clean room with a quiet AC. There was even a small tub on our balcony. Staff was very accommodating, a problem of the beeping hotplate in the cooking area was fixed immediately. The pool is nice and it is only a few steps to the beach. Breakfast on the roof terrace was perfect
[-] Since the bar area was located below our room we could hear other guests at night. But we were se jetlegged it didn’t bother us much

[+] Fantastic hotel with spacious new bedrooms anc walking distance from the village. I felt safe and I loved walking on the beach. The hotel staff is so helpful and friendly.
[-] There are class A and class B guests, depending on the package they bought. I only had breakfast included, and I could see the difference in they way they treated all-inclusive guests.
Breakfast is not a buffet, and service can be a bit slow and portions small. I could only order 2 things off the menu.
It was my birthday, and I communicated it before my arrival and at check-in. They never did anything about it. It’s only when I told restaurant staff on the day that they were great about it and surprised me with a little celebration, which was actually super nice.

[+] The rooms were big, the beachfront was really nice and the staff were extremely friendly! We really appreciated this.
[-] For the price, breakfast could have been better quality and more variation. We stayed three nights, for this it was fine. But on the third morning I was struggling to choose what to eat. The rooms had small kitchens, but there were no pans/pots, glasses or cutlery so you basically could not use them.

[+] We had a wonderful stay at The Fives Oceanfront. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and special. Our room was stunning and it was kept incredibly clean throughout our stay. The pools and beach area were beautiful and all the restaurants were lovely too… great drinks and food during our visit. All of the staff were very attentive and they all had smiles on their faces and politely and kindly greeted us and checked in on us throughout the stay. We loved our stay at The Fives Oceanfront and only wish we could have stayed longer!

[+] We loved our time at The Fives Oceanfront. The room was comfortable, the pools and beach area were lovely and the food was very good at the romarley beach bar (we didn’t try the other places). Everyone who worked there was great. Highly recommend! Would love to go back!
